When you write to us or book a walkthrough, we keep your name, email, company and what you tell us, so we can reply.
Like most websites, our servers record basic technical details such as browser type and pages visited. We use this to keep the site running and secure.
Data from your site
Data that Kernopy reads from your machines and meters belongs to you. We process it only to run the service you asked for.
Where you choose to run Kernopy inside your own network, that data stays there and we never see it.
How we use it
To answer your questions, run demos and provide the service.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for advertising.
Who we share it with
Only with providers who help us run our business, such as email and hosting, and only under agreements that protect it. We may also share it if the law requires us to.
How long we keep it
We keep contact details for as long as we are in touch, and delete them when asked unless the law requires us to keep them.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you. Write to connect@kernopy.com and we will reply within 30 days.
