Kernopy is building the software layer for industries that actually make things — and the frontier technologies coming next.
We're a product of Blackspektro, shaped by time spent on-site with industrial teams around the world. Everything we ship and everything we research traces back to what we heard there.
That belief is the through-line from what we ship today to the research we're quietly pushing into: physical AI, robotics, drones, aviation systems, and the harder problems beyond.

OUR STORY
How We Built Kernopy.
From day one, Kernopy has been built alongside the people who do the work — not in isolation from them. Every decision traces back to something we saw, heard, or experienced on the ground.
01 / ORIGIN
A Problem Worth Fixing
Time spent on the ground with industrial operations made one thing clear: the gap wasn’t hardware or talent. It was the software layer holding everything together — or failing to.
02 / FOUNDING
From The Field Up
Kernopy started in 2024 — shaped not by a pitch deck, but by months of on-site visits, shop-floor conversations, and problems we kept hearing everywhere we went.
03 / BUILDING
Close to the Work
No hype cycle, no launch event. We built the first version alongside early partners, on their floor, with their feedback — and shipped only when it was real.
04 / TODAY
Expanding the Frontier
The foundation is in place. Now we’re pushing it into the harder problems we’ve been quietly researching since day one.
THE TEAM
Built From The Ground Up.
Kernopy wasn't assembled from a hiring plan. It grew from a small group of people who kept showing up at the same kinds of problems — and decided to fix them together.
“We went to the floor, first.”
Before we wrote our first line of code, we visited factories, processing plants, field operations, and warehouses across multiple countries. We asked what was broken, what was missing, and what kept getting in the way.
The answers weren't theoretical. They were specific, repeated, and urgent. That's what we built from — not assumptions, not trend reports, not what looked good on a pitch deck.
HOW KERNOPY CAME TOGETHER
Listen First
STEP 01We spent time on-site with industrial teams before writing a single line of code.
Find The Patterns
STEP 02Common problems surfaced across industries, geographies, and scales.
Build To Fit
STEP 03Every feature traces back to a real request from a real operator.
Keep Listening
ONGOINGThe feedback loop never closes. We keep visiting, keep learning, keep shipping.
RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT
Where We're Going Next.
R&D isn't a future plan — it runs alongside the product today. These are the frontiers we're actively exploring, and they'll shape what Kernopy becomes.
PHYSICAL AI
Models That Know The World
Moving beyond text and images into models that reason about physical state — forces, materials, dynamics, cause and effect in the real environment.
ROBOTICS & DRONES
Machines That Perceive & Decide
Autonomous systems that can operate in unstructured environments — from ground robots on a factory floor to coordinated drone fleets above it.
AVIATION
Flight, With Better Software
Avionics, telemetry, and ground-control systems built the way modern infrastructure should be — reliable, observable, and ready for the next generation of aircraft.
WHAT WE BELIEVE
Software Should Meet The Same Standard As The Things It Controls.
01
Stay Close to the Work
No remote-only abstractions. We visit the sites, talk to the operators, and build alongside the people who’ll actually use what we ship.
02
Research Is How We Work
R&D isn’t a side project. We’re already doing it alongside the product — and we plan to do more of it every year.
03
Earn Every Decision
Nothing gets built because it sounds good on a slide. Every call is tied back to something we saw on-site or heard directly from the people doing the work.
